Yes. This is required within the first 4 days of life. We only do it upon request and there is a $300 fee.
Yes and no. We do offer limited registration for a discount. However we don't have puppies sold unregistered.
Only dogs born in Germany are German Rottweilers. However a Rottweiler could be from ADRK decent but it's still not German. A dog is where it's born, for example if a dog is born in Spain it's Spanish. If it's born here it's American. Our dogs are of European decent.
